RETURN POLICY
Due to custom orders returns are not accepted at this time. Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange. All exchange requests must be submitted via email with order number and reason for the exchange.
Eligible Items
* Unworn, unwashed, and unalterd products
* Items must be in original packaging with all tags attached
* Custom-designed or personalized items are NOT exchangable unless defective
Condition Requirements
* Free from pet hair, smoke, or other odors
* No makeup, deoderant, or other stains
* No signs of wearing or washing
Return Process
* Email exchange request to support@silverliningad.com
* Include order number and photos of the item
* Wait for return authorization
* Shirt items back witihin 7 days of authorization
